Starting Weight: 151 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 22.9 %
Lean Body Mass: 116.4 lbs
So we are not supposed to weigh ourselves again until the end of the challenge but I was looking a lot less puffy this morning and I hopped on the scale. I'm back down to 148.2 lbs after a weekend of eating all the things that are not on the approved list. One reason I don't like approved lists is because it makes people like me want to eat things that they wouldn't think to eat, such as Publix fried chicken tenders and chocolate milk.
We will take weekly measurements. These are my starting stats.
Right Thigh: 23.5"
Left Thigh: 24" (I want symmetrical thighs dammit!)
