Yoga on Our Day Off

The Obamanation is on all the tv stations and The Young and the Restless isn't on because of this hoopla. To keep my blood pressure from skyrocketing, I went to yoga. And it's no secret. I can't stand this president and look forward to when history books say that he was a worse president than Herbert Hoover.

The look of someone who can't take the next 4 years.

I digress.

I went to Adam Dobbs' vinyasa yoga class at the Roslyn Equinox. Solid class and I liked his soothing voice. I was having a lot if trouble calming my brain today though. And this old lady's breathing sounded like a cross between Lamaze and an asthma attack. I found her very distracting.
